A 5STR Inspection is a top to bottom, on site, STR specific assessment of your property.

We check every outlet, every switch, piece of furniture, appliance and amenity inside AND outside of the home.

We look at the Property from the point-of-view as a GUEST and as an Owner/PM to tell the “full story”.

All items are put into a multi page report with labeled photos/videos, recommendations, and solutions.

Everything from areas that need to be addressed for cleanliness, to a defective outlet or appliance, ease of use of onsite amenities, the exact number of spoons and pans, and even refinement and/or creation of SOPs; our 5STR Inspections locate potential issues before you get a complaint and potentially negative review from a guest.
